Recruiter schedules time for you to complete assessments (listening, customer service skills, etiquette, typing).
After Assessments are completed you're scheduled a first line interview (STAR method)
Then you'll listen to some calls with a current employee.
Finally, you'll have a second line interview and be informed if you have the job or not either that day or in a few days.

Went great interviewers were really friendly went over everything I asked and answered all my questions asked relevant questions pertaining to the job gave the option to use personal or professional scenarios

It was very great, very informative. And the interviewer really knew how to make me feel comfortable. And I'm very happy that I chose them. It was absolutely amazing. I really look forward to working with them in the future
