Interview
Two phone interviews, one with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager (by phone first, then zoom for the second interview). Both lasted about 30-45 minutes. Interviewers were polite, asked good questions, and were respectful. Long time to receive feedback after second interview, however it was during year end/ holidays. Both interviewers really seemed to love working for Yale.
