I applied in the beginning of July and received an email that my application was approved mid July. The email stated someone from HR would be in touch with me in a few months. I finally heard from HR via email the beginning of September. We scheduled a phone interview that was conducted a few days later. The phone interview went great and at the end of the call I was invited to interview onsite, which I accepted. Before going onsite, I had to complete a technical and written assessment. It was basically answering questions about how I would respond to a client email, what I would offer a client to boost viewership on their Yelp profile, and which value I liked the most about Yelp. I sent my response back to HR via email. I interviewed on site a week later and met two CSMs. They interviewed me separately and asked the same questions, more or less, from my phone interview. The interview with those two people went very well also. And a few days later, HR contacted me via email, offering me the job upon completion of a criminal background check, which I obliged.
