Interview process is definitely something you need to be prepared for. Get ready for expected & unexpected questions. If you get past the phone interview the most important part about the 2nd interview is the role play. Nailing that will help you tremendously. If you confident in that then you can rest easy & be less tense for the questionnaire part. When you do the role play make sure to capitalize on their feedback as well.

The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
