Terrible communication, all the interviewers ignored "thank you" emails and requests for feedback.
I applied for a customer success manager role, and quickly talked with a recruiter who walked me through what the hiring process would look like (about an interview a week for the next month or so). First three interviews followed that schedule, and each person I met with seemed fine. Standard questions, looked like they had templates or at least rough structure to their questions, and two out of the three interviewers were really personable.
A new recruiter jumped in and said the last step is to speak with an Exec, so I waited for an email to schedule that meeting. Friday morning comes and I have a voicemail from the recruiter, he's angry and wondering why I missed my interview. Wait, what? We didn't schedule it yet?
Turns out literally the day before they had sent an automated, straight-to-spam, email assuming that I was available for an interview the following morning. I wasn't even available that day, but could have been if I was asked ahead of time. Extremely short notice and no calendar invite, no attempt to confirm I even got their email, let alone confirm that I'm available for it and that it works.
Horrified, I called the recruiter back, who didn't answer. Tried again, same thing. Sent him an email, no response. Emailed the Exec whom I was supposed to interview with, no response. Sent an email to all the people I previously interviewed with, and guess what? - No response.
Finally the angry-voicemail recruiter guy gets back to me, said the role has been filled and they aren't hiring for that role any longer (which directly contradicted what my previous HR point guy told me). There's a fresh posting on job sites advertising availability of that role, and previous interviewers had told me their plans were to add many more people to the team. Great, so it looks like I'm literally being lied to.
This is the second-worst interview experience I've ever had.
FYI, they also do personality and IQ quizzes. For anybody who despite this, just really needs a job and are interviewing here anyway, make sure you check your spam folders several times a day
