First phone screen from recruiter, then 2nd phone screen from engineers. Both phone screens did well. Then was called for 1st onsite panel interview this also went well then 4 days later was called for 2nd onsite panel interview with VP, Directors, hiring manager etc as panel interview this was not expected as technical interview but they asked in-depth of all technical questions, this interview I did to some extent but I was asked to come again for 3rd onsite interview after one month preparation in TCP, SSH, HTTP etc. So I prepared one month though I was busy with my regular office work. Finally attended 3rd onsite interview but did not find all interviewers presented however I did well in this interview that they also confirmed verbally there. However after waiting for a week I received the call from recruiter that they wanted to move with other candidates citing reason as they can't go along with me kind of. This is totally costly time waste interview for me. They are discriminating against candidates with respect to age, nation and also ascent of language or region of specific country etc. The hiring manager wanted to filter me out in the panel posing with difficult questions. They should not have asked me to come for 3rd interview this shows that they played with me. I am going to file law suite against them .
