Interview
Good people, but crazy process. After recruiter screening, interviewed with hiring manager, followed by 5 interviews with direct reports and peers. After that there were 3 additional interviews with C level and VP's. Each of them gave strong belief that I was a good fit. But declined. However, if a company needs 10 people to evaluate a candidate is not a place I would recommend. It demonstrates a lack of decision-making within the organization.
Overall smooth process. Recruiter was very helpful along the way. Quick decision process on Zscaler’s side. Good communications in terms of expectations on what to expert, and guidance on process.

Interview
I was an internal referral, my initial call with the Sr Recruiter was very smooth and easy, in fact we spoke almost twice as long as our interview was scheduled for. The interview process was laid out very clearly. My zoom interview with the hiring manager was only scheduled for the same 30 minutes and while we stuck to close to that time, there seemed to be enough to discuss to give reason to extend the interview to one hour. The conversation was very natural and honest, almost all my prepared questions were answered/touched on during the discussion. While disappointed not to move forward, the review of the plans and growth for the future of the organization, I would welcome another opportunity to join the company.
