What moves you to do this kind of work (teaching English language learners)?
Purdue Global uses a video tool to conduct their seminars, which allows for two-way audio and video between faculty and students. What methods will you employ to ensure professionalism while facilitating video seminars? How might you manage a student who is inadvertently sharing unprofessional video during your seminar? Finally, how might you encourage students to use their microphone and/or their cameras during seminar to fully take advantage of the synchronous nature of our seminar tool?
