in technical rounds, i was asked to provide solution for couple business scenarios/process, that scenarios/ processes were totally new for me as that was Europe business practices. definitely the interviewer were very intelligent and experienced, it is difficult to answer their questions. you need to be well prepared for this interview, just like final year exams.

One of the aspects that set me apart from other candidates was that I had a bunch of excel printouts of different scenarios I created manipulating factors (such as sales,costs,customers) and showing how the end results were effected by the changes.

If you know what you do and you understand the responsibilities of the role you are interviewing for the process will be quite straightforward and easy going.
