Very simple questions about my background and resume, what drew me to the role, why am I leaving my company, etc. They also gave a lot of hypotheticals: Q: "If you had a lot of work, what would you do about it?" A: Get it done, and if it's too much ask management for help. Q: "If equipment gets to site and it isn't correct what would you do?" A: Ask the factory if there's anything they can do about it.
