Overall they seemed more concerned about finding a candidate that would organize food based treats for the office, rather than hiring someone who was qualified to improve the function of the studio. They used an example of the previous studio coordinator often purchasing popsicles or watermelon and then followed it up with asking me about a time when I have done something nice for someone.
