what are your strengths and weakness? Tell me about your old job?

I had no prior experience in soft goods. They wanted to know why I was interested. Not necessarily difficult, but had to convince that my lack of experience wouldn't be a problem.

Questions in test. There were less questions on technical grasp but more on general knowledge like when was " @ " discovered?

Most difficult question to answer was the question about salary: I knew want I was worth and what I needed to live, but the number I gave made the CEO's eyebrows rise. Other weird questions I got asked were how fast my typing was and how good I was at Excel. This was a red flag for sure, since as a designer, I should not be dealing with Excel or needing to be typing very fast.

No difficult questions were asked.
