The interview process was deeply disappointing. After completing the recruiter screening, an interview with the VP, and submitting writing samples, I was strung along for over three weeks, only to be told they were reevaluating their hiring needs. In hindsight, it feels like I dodged a bullet—if this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how they treat their employees.
