Phone screen, teams meeting with a hiring manager, I was asked to describe my resume and work experience. I believe it was a ten week sign off phase before you are signed off and put into your team.

Final Interview was pretty tense, supervisor said that it would last between 1 - 1,5 hours. It was mostly myself speaking during this time, and questions were very meticulous and detailed. Definitely not your *what's your weakness? kind of questions.

I would like to share that I have been notified three times that I have not selected for the position which speaks that there is a lack of communication and coordination between company employees. The interview process is similar to being at a fair and waiting to be selected. I do not believe these people in their fare judgement, because I am native Bulgarian and they were looking for a person speaking Bulgarian fluently, and after all provided job offer to a person preliminarily designated, let alone that I have also customer service experience and speak fluent English, as I have been working for the US Government for 29 years.
