The initial interview didn't cover many technical stuff, I was asked what programming languages and bioinformatic tools I'm familiar with, and similar questions. Most of the question were actually along the lines of how would I handle this and that situation, what's my biggest weakness and strength, do I prefer to work alone or in a group, how do you deal with short deadlines, what would be your biggest challenge if working here, what's your biggest achievement, and the like. More technical questions were addressed in the second interview.
