Tell me about a time you had to use good judgement or logic. Did quick role play (skill test) during office interview. I had to pretend I was the rep and the interviewers were the client. Sat me in front of the computer and asked basic questions about deposits and line items. The final question requires you to perform a simple math calculation by adding together 4 deposit amounts. 2 managers interviewed me and seem very nice. Had a good sense of humor. Don't be fooled by the friendly demeanor. It is an interview. Not a friendly chat.
