The interview's are pretty easy and friendly. If you have gaps of employment please be prepared to answer those questions. Be prepared to explain previous salary and reason for leaving.

What are your strengths? Difficulties? Explain a situation where you had to deal with a difficult agent? Customer? Why should we hire you? Why did you choose us? Where do you see yourself in five years?
