When was there a time where you dealt with adversity
I wasn't really asked anything. Instead, I was told what the job entailed and asked if I had any questions.
Basic questions such as what experience do you have in this field of work, tell me about a time when you had to resolve a challenging situation at your past employer, what would you do if such and such situation presented itself etc
Describe your experiences working with serious mental illness? How would you handle conflict on the team? What do you know about harm reduction and the recovery movement?
Typing speed. Trip emails are not typically "form" emails. All hand typed for the most part.
