This was another broad question that I was not prepared for. I knew communication would be a topic of discussion in this interview, but figured that it'd be a hypothetical or "Tell me about a time when question." Beyond my communication style being adaptive and reflective and frequent, I didn't know what else to say. I asked if the interviewer wanted me to drill down on a specific aspect of communication (with candidates? in conflict? with HMs?) but they said it was a straightforward question.
