I always find the most difficult question is what I expect to be compensated, because while I have a number in my head, I always like to know what the salary range is for the position before I share it.

Why are you interested in this position?
The questions all centered around my experiences and expertise. They did not throw in any odd personality test zingers. They were; however, extremely honest about the challenges the position faces--which I truly appreciated.
