dd's DISCOUNTS Retail Associate interview questions

I got there 15 min. early and the manager was busy in the back so they asked me to walk around the store until she called me. The interview was really easy not too difficult because I've never worked before. She asked me what my availibilty was and if I was okay working stock and cashier. I said yes that will be perfect. Then she said she's going to do a background check that could take up to 2 weeks and that I would get an email to fill out the hiring paperwork.

I applied online and was contacted about a month later because it was a new store that was opening. My interview was with the main manager of the store and she asked me why do you want to work here, what do you know about this company, and do you think you would be able to work in a fast environment. I wasn't asked to take a drug test and was accepted for the job that same day. It was fast and easy just go on there website and check what the goal for the company is.
