They asked about previous work that I had led as a manger.
All of the questions were straight out of a script, that is provided by facebookrecruiting.com once they schedule your interview
Many of the questions were 'scenario' based questions.

Groups activity where you read through four scenarios and come up with a solution for each.
The middle section of the test gave a small spread sheet of units sold by an number of companies (for a particular year) and a graph showing two sets of percentages for units sold in other years and was given 3 minutes to not only read this information but to then answer four complex questions on sales figures for various quarters. Nothing to do with my field or even general numeracy. These questions were more biased than the examples I was asked to complete as practice questions before each section of the assessment.
