there is one weather data generation system. that collects data from different sources. the are multiple subscribers to that data. we need to design the design the system and draw class diagrams and write code for the publisher class.

Same as happened to me.  I attended three rounds of interview that including with Engineering director. 

1. Technical interview - Had deep technical interview over the phone and invited for in person for further interview process.
2. Case study - Given case study and finished  within 30 mins 
3.. Technical & Architect level interview - Director taken that interview and informed HR will call for further discussion about salary

but still no updates... I felt like they wasted my time.
