They really drilled down and asked esoteric questions like on how to change specific preferences in office and asked regarding experiences with powershell and windows scripting. I think the most unexpected thing was that they didn't ask many practical technical questions, brain teasers, or specialized knowledge that you would expect desktop support guys to be able to handle.
