A few more roles came up and I had an immediate phone interview with HR for one and when she went to schedule the next round she said she couldn’t and I had to wait a year before I could apply again. You’d think Amazon would consider someone they just spent several days and hours talking to for another role, rather than making them wait a year to apply again. Amazon is all about efficiency and that isn’t very efficient.
