During the phone interview, most questions related to project experience, and some SQL and python questions. When on-site, a lot of questions regarding to analytics, algorithms and brain teasers
Background and experiences in a specific role and how I would apply them. A lot of discussion around work type focus and goals. Relatively conversational for an interview which I liked.
Very job specific questions. This was an executive level role, so very few of your fluff/canned questions.
