Interview
The interview takes 2 times to complete. Candidate needs to prepare a face-to-face presentation about consumer behavior analysis in modern trade and present to 2 interview panelists. The focus is on analytical skill, attitude on both professional and personal aspects. The second round is to be done with Country Manager. The emphasis is shifted to company's key mutual values.
There was one telephone interview with regional HR checking your experiences and education background. After that you will be invited to do a case study presentation to check your technical and analytical skills
