eClerx interview questions

The interview process was smooth. Starting with a group discussion, with some questions to be answered by everyone, and then assessment followed by technical and hr round. Everyone is very cooperative.

1st HR round, 2nd Ops manager round and 3rd aptitude. Aptitude is a little bit complicated so be prepared. Now, I cleared each and every round but had to face ghosting unfortunately. After clearing all rounds, I was asked for the documents asap for releasing the offer letter. After this all, I was feeling so relaxed that I have to go for the work next week and salary will start for me. But dream broke. It was Sunday which is obviously non working day. Suddenly HR called me and said, "One of their manger wants to take one more interview". And I was rejected after the interview! I was in the Offer Process! Everything suddenly changed unfortunately in life just because one manager wanted to take one more interview that too in the Offer Process when candidates are assured of everything and preparing for the joining. They should have done it all before sending congratulations emails and asking for documents. It feels sad because it was only a ghosting. I was fortunate and lucky for not getting hired as I would have had unprofessional boss and management. Companies, Please Stop Ghosting Candidates, they trust you!
