Can you see yourself working as a manager?
At the time the most focused discussion was on how fast I could create visual imagery. Emphasis on sales team feeling it took too long to get design done for them. I bring this up because, it was unexpected that they cared more about my ability to produce rather then the quality of my designs.

First technical interview Q : 1. Tell me about xxx project on your resume - Explained 2. Given an array of integers eg: {1,2,3,4,1,2,7,5,6} find all the pairs that sum up to 10 {7,3} {6,4} {3,7} {4,6} gave the solution with quadratic complexity. I struggled a bit for it and did it almost in time.
Questions are pretty straight forward. They want to know if you are the right fit for this job. One of the questions was asked: how do you deal with rejections?
