I was asked how would I be able to trained my daughter if she is accepted to the program.
The problem wasn't the questions they asked. It was that they didn't allow anywhere near enough time for the interview. I had no time to ask them any questions, and it is a brand new position and a brand new organization! For that reason alone I determined that I did not want the job. They were selecting an ED to lead a brand new organization with a 30-minute interview! That threw up huge red flags for me.
Pretty standard questions, strengths/weaknesses/leadership etc... they did most of the talking.
There was no unexpected questions.
