The main question that stood out to me was "give me a example when something didn't go right"

The interviewer spent a solid 30 minutes literally calculating all the time I had spent at other companies, calculating the # of years I have worked on Google, Concur, etc. Calculating everything. She kept asking me all my start and stop dates even though she had my resume in front of her.
