1-Written test has mainly basic questions asked from Class 11 and Class 12. (e.g Metallurgy, Atomic structure, Organic Chemistry etc) 2- CEO discussion: Questions about your qualification, experience, teaching background, activities which you can undertake etc.
1. Describe your qualifications. 2. Why do you want to work here? 3. What is your skill level with technology? Examples?
In my case, there are no difficult questions. Only situational questions like, how will I inform my previous employer of my transfer at MCL.
