They asked why I thought I would be able to succeed in managing a company in the wholesale supply company when I had no previous experience.
Not one questions was asked. The owner just complained about her staff and how they couldn't fire or discipline anyone. She kept talking about how most all her people had no business expertise and even told me some stupid story about a copier and how her staff was so incompetent about getting one.
