The phone interview was full of what I've always deemed to be illegal interview questions. She seemed to be "fishing" for my age but the one the threw me over the top was when she asked if I had any children. This was especially disconcerting as it came directly after she told me that their current designer is leaving because she's having a baby and wants to stay home with it.

Basically they are looking for someone that can make Photoshop composite advertisements of their client's products. He was upfront that the job promised no creativity whatsoever and that it was more like a "sweat-shop" environment - performing the same task over and over. He basically hinted that I would be worked to death with little reward.
