They also asked me to explain how to transform raw messy data in to an end result at a high level. I did not have to perform a whiteboard session, but the duration of the interview was technical in nature.

To aid in evaluating performance within their system, an IHP has asked DHS to prepare a report that would illustrate the relative efficiency of their clinics on cost and utlization metrics. Knowing you are working with an enrollment and insurance claims database and have access to Johns Hopkins AVG risk grouper how might you conduct this project?
