None really, the interview was pretty basic Customer Service questions. The person doing the interview, while nice, was very short with me, and didn't give much feedback. She also led me on to believe that I got the job, and said she would be in contact within 5 days. She got in contact with me on day 7(via email) to say they were going to "pursue" other candidates. So here I've been assuming I had a job, to find out 7 days later I don't. Very disappointing and lost a lot of respect for Enterprise.

I was asked to list 5 items to resolve printer issues and 5 items to resolve email issues. Then there was an actual role play. I read that someone said they do not want correct answers in the role play that is not true, they do. Also looking for empathy and connection with customers. Tell me a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
