iCIMS interview questions

I have had the pleasure of interviewing with iCIMS several times throughout my career and each interaction has exemplified what a recruitment process should be. They move with momentum, are quick and generous with feedback if things are going well, or if the cycle is coming to a close and why. The recruiting team works tightly together and they share information across the team so you don't have to start over and have the same conversations multiple times. They remember you. You are not just a number, they build relationships within their pipelines and they believe in the value of silver medalists candidates and will reconnect with you if there is another opportunity that might be a better fit down the road. The process moved swiftly and the expectations they set were delivered upon, if not exceeded. The conversations I had across the organization were candid, meaningful, not just check the box interview questions or "gotchas" to try to make things intentionally harder, they were relevant. You can feel the culture within each person you speak with and it makes you want the opportunity even more.
