iCIMS Project Manager interview questions

The interview process went great! Especially love the recruiter who always gave me feedback in few days. The interview process will have 3 steps: 1. Phone interview with recruiter: initial questions to see if there's a match 2. Phone interview with the hiring manager: in-depth product manager questions related to the profile iCIMS are looking for 3. On-site interview with the hiring manager and his peers you will closely working with: in depth questions about product management, iCIMS culture, collaboration, cases Understanding well what iCIMS is looking for and how you will contribute to create a win-win situation will help you a lot in the process.

I had a phone interview with recruiter. He asked me to submit a video cover letter which I did. Soon after that, I got an online survey about my interview experience. That seemed odd since I thought I was still in the midst of the interview process. I sent the recruiter an email asking about my status. A few days later I got a form rejection letter - actually a template without my name or the position filled out: "Hello Recruiting Workflow: Person: First Name, Thank you for expressing interest in iCIMS and the Recruiting Workflow: Job : Job Posting Title position for which you have applied." This "Recruiting Workflow: Person" thinks that is pretty impersonal and surprising from a company whose business is recruiting software.
