From the beginning, they asked me very specific questions about my role, experience and motivation to change. I always had to provide examples on how I manage my skills in my job. The often insist on the fact that Amazon is "frugal", and they are very informal... to the extent that this approach soon becomes "differently formal". They use the STAR approach, and to be honest I did not have unexpected questions. I thought they would have discussed my assignment, but only the technician pronounced very superficial words on it.
