This is a recruiting/ staffing firm so the interview questions were about clarifying my experience and asking what sort of role I was looking for. It helps if you are clear about your goals and can be specific about roles you will accept, where you are willing to work, your rate, etc. I always give my rate as a range and don't go too low because it depends on the responsibilities, distance traveled, etc.

Background experience
While I was good with all the questions from a technical and behavioral side, I am not sure I did well when they asked me about my past salary. In my case, I was unable to furnish it while I was open to them about what I was looking for from the beginning.
