Remembering the past 10 years or work history and being able to explain all gaps in employment. Not unreasonable but not easy if you're not prepared for this question.
They all wanted to make sure I was skilled and comfortable taking care of high-risk patients because they have many high acuity patients. I was asked about the volume and acuity of the patients I took care of at my current facility.
The question that stands out the most was the last one. we were asked to explain what we would do in a situation where conflict between employees became heightened.
