Samaritan's Purse is a faith based organization so I was not surprised by questions about Biblical management of conflict, volunteer management, etc. What are the non negotiable qualities for volunteer leaders under my leadership. Why am I searching for a job (I have a great job now)? They are looking for someone with a balance between being systems focused and people focused. What percentage would you say you are, 50/50 (systems and people) 40/60, etc? I withdrew from the process because of the required travel time.
