There was no one question that was difficult, but it was apparent the HR staff who interviewed me over the phone did not know what to ask. It appeared she was reading a list of pre vetted questions that did not have anything to do with the targeted position

Standard questions like where do you see yourself in five years. They ask about over coming obstacles and times where you'd have to exercise extreme patience, because of the elderly clientele you'd be working with.
