They ask about what you would do if a customer appears drunk, what would you do if involved in an accident, what you would do if a minor fails and parents are angry, what would you do if customer is irate because they failed, what would you do if customer says you failed them wrongly, what would you do if customer vehicle runs out of gas during test.
How I had handled difficult customers in past jobs
Many of the interviewers kept things very casual, asking me to share stories about myself, share particular parts of pop culture I'm interested in, and others asked expected questions like "Why Redbubble?" "Why this position?"
During the group interview was only asked 2 questions; name best qualities for this job; describe a time you went above an beyond your work duties. Second round of interview was asked 12 questions, very basic, nothing that hasn't been asked in other job interviews.
