I had a group interview at a store within a shopping mall. Some aspects of the interview are within the store and others were at the mall food court. It felt like a summer camp exercise and in hindsight, strange. It felt much more performative than professional. I don’t remember any relevant questions being asked. The question I do remember being asked is what my spirit animal would be.
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
The first interview was conducted on Zoom in a group setting, followed by a second in-person one-on-one interview. The second interview took place while walking around the mall, with casual questions asked throughout.

Question 1
Share an experience that you contribute to the inclusivity of the team
Remote, behavioural based questions where they were looking for STARL responses. Interviewer was friendly and questions were posted in chat for accessibility which was very helpful! There was about 4-5 questions leaving space for me to ask questions at the end as well
