I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon (Calgary, AB) in Apr 2013
Interview
Group interview, we all sat on the floor and answered questions in any order. Read about Lululemons' involvement and philosophy/culture and you should be fine. Make sure to describe the answers. After I passed the group interview, I went in for a one on one interview. At this point I ended up ending the process since the whole "educator" role seemed awkward, i.e. the expectation to criticize coworkers and offer info to customers who didn't ask for it.

Question 1
What’s a challenging experience you’ve gone through?
Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
