The hiring process was casual and much different than most companies. The group interview consisted of about 12 people, we met at a local yoga studio and sat on yoga mats on the floor. Dress was casual and everyone was wearing at least something from lululemon. The two managers asked questions and we took turns answering just by raising hands, so the same person wasn't stuck answering last all the time. Some of the questions were repeated from other reviews on this website that I had looked over, which was nice to feel prepared. They included what book are you currently reading and tell us about it, what is your favourite way to sweat, what would you do with one day off and unlimited money?
I received an email a week later for a 1:1 interview, that was scheduled a week later so unfortunately it was a long process. The manager took me out for coffee around the corner, it was very casual and she asked me more about myself and just general conversation then anything specifically about lululemon.
I got an email just less than a week later saying they chose another candidate. Be forewarned that they are hesitant to hiring you if you are returning to school in the fall, but overall a great interview experience, seems like a great company to work for. Only unfortunate thing was that it was a long process.
