A lot of the questions were situational, on how to deal with customers. They were very interested in having efficient sales people on the floor. If x customer walked into the store, how would you help him?

Recall a time when you encountered an unruly customer, how did you handle it, and what was the outcome?
Give me a situation when you need to learn something in a limited amount of time?
