What would you do in a situation where the phone is ringing, a doctor is trying to get your attention and a patients family member is at the nurses station trying to get your attention?
Do you enjoy working with the elderly.Do you know how to use a manual blood pressure cuff. Do you know how to use a holey left, Have you ever worked in a Nursing home setting. Do you know how to give a male and a female resident a bath. Do you know how to feed the resident. Do you know how to read their menu slip to make sure the right food is on their tray. Do you know how to properly make up a bed. How to transfer a resident from a wheelchair to the bed, or from a bed to a wheelchair. Do you come to work on time or you a dependable person. Do you call out often.
What qualities do you bring to a team? What differentiates good care and excellent care or something like that. I can't remember the rest, but they were pretty basic/standard questions.

How would you handle a hostile situation with a resident or a coworker.
Past work expenses, what are my ideal work hours and days, references to call. The manager was very direct but nice to talk to .
