Asked questions about my management and work style, definitely tried to dive into what sort of culture I thrive in and would fit in, asked a question about data reporting (which was unexpected, since most of the other interview reviews I've read noted they ask a silly, fun question. I received no such question. Unfortunately).
What is your leadership style?
I don't think any question was terribly difficult -- I was asked about how well I knew CSS even though it wasn't included in the job description. That was kind of unexpected.

Most questions were straight out of a corporate handbook — predictable, painfully generic, and read with the charisma of a cardboard cutout. Think: “Tell me about a time when you managed multiple priorities.” It wasn’t a conversation. It was a checklist dance with people who already looked like they’d mentally checked out. “Can you give an example of aligning stakeholders across countries on a complex project?”
